INGREDIENTS 200g hazelnut chocolate, roughly chopped 200 grams hazelnut chocolate, roughly chopped 2 tbs chocolate-hazelnut spread 2 tablespoon chocolate-hazelnut spread 1/3 cup shredded coconut 1 thirds cup shredded coconut 100g fried noodles 100 grams fried noodles 125g Cadbury mini milk chocolate easter eggs 125 grams Cadbury mini milk chocolate easter eggs METHOD Line a large baking tray with baking paper. Place chocolate and spread in a heatproof, microwave-safe bowl. Microwave, uncovered, on medium for 1 minute, stirring after 30 seconds with a metal spoon, or until melted and smooth. Stir in coconut and noodles to coat. Using 2 tablespoonfuls of mixture at a time, spoon mixture onto tray to form ‘nests’. Using back of a spoon, make a small indention in centres.
