What you’ll need:

  1. 2 -3 large bottles of thickened cream
  2. Baking paper
  3. Baking trays
  4. Eggs (hard boiled is preferrable).
  5. Food colouring
Method:
  1. Line baking trays with baking paper.
  2. In a large bowl whip the thickened cream until stiff peaks form,
  3. Layer the whipped cream on the baking paper
  4. Add food colouring in patterns across the whipped cream as desired.
  5. Roll the hard boiled eggs across the whipped cream to soak up the coloured patterns
  6. Allow the eggs to partially dry. Remove the excess whipped cream carefully with a dry cloth.
